We offer a wide range of peristaltic pumps, single pipe and double pipe, for flow rates up to 720 hl/h. All peristaltic pumps by C.M.E. are equipped with electronic adjustment of the flow rate (by inverter), fittings and compensation chambers made in AISI 316 stainless steel and pressure switch.

Peristaltic pump operation
The peristaltic pump is a volumetric type pump. The transfer of the liquid is obtained through the progressive compression and the subsequent release of a flexible tube, through the rotation of pressure rollers.
The alternation of compression and relaxation of the tube creates a vacuum in the intake and therefore a continuous recall of the product to be transferred.

The peristaltic pumps C.M.E. are particularly suitable for use in the agri-food sector as all the parts in contact with the product to be pumped are made of stainless steel or natural rubber.
Peristaltic pumps for wine
C.M.E. peristaltic pumps are designed to guarantee maximum efficiency in the transfer and pumping of: whole grapes, pressed grapes, must, wine, marc, sparkling wine and vinegar.
Peristaltic pumps for food
Thanks to their mechanical properties, C.M.E. peristaltic pumps are particularly suitable also for the transfer of: fruit pulp, vegetable pulp, fruit juice, vegetable juice, ground meat, preserve, milk and derivatives, tomato, oil, puree, mayonnaise and other foods.
