STALK MINCERS
Operation
The stalk mincer is composed of two sets of knives: one fixed and one mobile. The blades, rotating at high speed, chop the stalks allowing a reduction of the volume up to 80% of the initial one.

The CME stalk mincers are made of stainless steel AISI 304. The rotating shaft is supported by high-efficiency bearings.
